Myron and Randy Rodger are putting up for bid their property located at Rte. 36 and Chandler Road, Town of York, Livingston County. This property was previously owned by Jim Hagan and is located to the south of York Central School with the G&W Railroad running through the property. The property was surveyed several years ago.
Our intention is to offer for bid two separate parcels (one north of the G&W tracks – approximately 44 acres, and the other south – approximately 74 acres). We will also bid the combined parcels of approximately 118 acres. The bids accepted will be to the sellers’ advantage.

Property has about 1300' of frontage on Route 36 and Chandler Road
Property is zoned Planned Development (although it is currently used and taxed agricultural) which means this property is zoned to allow manufacturing, storage, office buildings, residential, retirement homes, etc.
Utilities available would be gas, electric, telephone, cable, water, and sewer at the street.
On major truck route between Canada and Pennsylvania; approximately 500 miles to Chicago, Indianapolis, Richmond, Boston, and Quebec.

Terms are as follows:
Bids will be accepted until noon June 16th, 2012.
Sellers retain the right to reject any or all bids for any reason.
Gates Farms shall have the right to meet the highest bidders offer.
Winning bidder will be notified within 10 days of bids being opened.
Property may be closed in either December 2012 or January 2013, at the buyer’s preference.
A check for $20,000(Twenty Thousand dollars) shall be enclosed with the bid.
The check will be made payable to Presutti Law Office and received by the Rodger Corporation before June 16th, 2012.
We will keep only the check of the winning bidder – all other checks will be returned without delay.
